MEMORANDUM
Re: Permission to Dallas Meditation Center's Request to Establish a Treatment Center in Garland, Texas.
Per Dallas Center's letter, we realized there is a need to establish a treatment center in Garland, Texas due to there’s a variety of different communities’ population there. Thus, we have approved the opening of a D.D.M. treatment center at 3221 Beltline Road, Garland, Texas 75044. This center will operate as a treatment center and will be converted into a meditation center at a later time once it operates effectively. The Dallas center leader will oversee this new center's operation and report all activities to us.
We wish all Dallas disciples many virtuous achievements.
