Founder Masters Thay Thuan and Co Hai instruct that the following leaders of each Center attend the Special Meeting which will be held on October 24, 2013 in Orange County, California, USA:

1. ALL UHBE Instructors,

2. ALL Leaders and Deputy (Assistant) Leaders of all UHBE Centers.

This Special Meeting is very important to the development of UHBE. At the meeting, Founder Masters will provide guidance with respect to organizing and maintaining the Centers from now one. Therefore, Founder Masters Thay Thuan and Co Hai announce to the above listed individuals that they MUST be present for this Special Meeting on October 24, 2013.

Dear Leaders of all UHBE Centers,

According to my email sent out on May 24, 2013 regarding the Level 4 Class in October 2013 in California, USA, the deadline for adding students for this class is JUNE 15, 2013. This is a strict deadline and no more students will be accepted after this date. NO EXCEPTIONS so PLEASE do not ask.

This deadline extension only applies to this Level 4 Class.

Thank you for your cooperation so the organizing committee can make timely arrangements for the Class.

Founder Masters Thay Thuan and Co Hai announce to all UHBE disciples around the world to come and to attend the 167 th Birthday Celebration for our beloved Founder Grand Master Dasira Narada. The formal ceremony for the Birthday Celebration will be held on October 23, 2013 from 10 am to 4 pm at the Rose Center in Orange County, California, USA.
