MEMORANDUM
SUBJECT: The purpose of meditation on Friday at UHBE Center
The Seattle UHBE HQ Center is sending this announcement to all UHBE Centers with a request for Center Leaders to take actions as outlined below.
The purpose of this announcement is to help UHBE disciples gain a better understanding regarding the benefits and true meaning of the weekly group meditation on Friday.
Over the last 16 years, with each newly created meditation center, Friday has been chosen to be the day where all UHBE disciples would get together at around 7:00 pm local time at each center to meditate as a group.
BENEFITS:
After a week of practicing UHBE dharma and activities, when meditate as a group at a specific time, every disciples would receive the supporting blessing energy from the Grand Master. Hence, the disciple’s body and soul becomes healthier and more tranquil than if we were to meditate at home. The early waves of disciples have felt it. The time spent meditating as a group at the Center is much more beneficial than doing so at home.
MEANING:
After a week of UBHE activities, all disciples would get together:
1. To meet and share. This is a must do activity and is reflective of a big UHBE family.
2. To learn UHBE dharma. The purpose is to share the experience and to answer questions about treatments and meditation;
3. To hear announcements from other centers so all UHBE disciples would have the latest updates and to resolve any domestic issues at each respective Center.
Recently, the UHBE dharma has expanded non-stop. To ensure all disciples understand the benefits, have a solid handle on local UHBE activities, and to avoid making regrettable mistakes during practicing of UHBE dharma, all disciples everywhere must attend the weekly activities on Friday.
Those who do not come to this weekly activity often will not be allowed to pursue higher UHBE classes nor to treat others at the Center because they could not have a solid knowledge of UHBE dharma. They could create difficulties for other disciples.
