MEMORANDUM
SUBJECT: Request for offering Level 1&2 and 3 classes.
Effective immediately, whenever a Center has the need to offer UHBE classes, the Center Leader must email the UHBE Headquarters to seek our approval for the class. At a minimum, the request must include the date and location. The proposed date for the class must be at least one month or greater in advance. Such long lead time would allow us sufficient time to determine and assign available instructors for the class. After the approval is granted, we will direct the UHBE Headquarters to post the official announcement on the UHBE web site. This process also captures the accomplishments for UHBE throughout the year.
With this announcement, it is imperative that all Center Leaders do not deviate. As for Level 4 and higher, the UHBE Headquarters will make the announcement every year to all Centers with dates and locations so proper planning can be made to assist disciples prepare. At the same time, all Center Leaders must take on the responsibility of selecting deserving disciples for higher UHBE level classes. The Center Leaders must email the names of attending disciples as requested in the specific UHBE HQ’s class announcement. UHBE is getting bigger and stronger every day. Everything must be organized tightly and followed a prescribed consistent process to ensure success in the long term. This announcement is sent to all Centers based on our decision to ensure uniformity throughout UHBE Centers
