INVITATION LETTER
for
WEDDING OF MASTERS’ DAUGHTER
On June 23, 2012
Several months ago, Seattle UHBE Headquarter Center has emailed a letter to
all UHBE Centers to invite their Members to come to Seattle to attend the wedding of
Masters’ daughter. Afterwards, all Centers have responded. However, because there
was still quite some time before the wedding, many Members were not able to make a
decision at that time. Now the time for the wedding preparation is closely approaching.
Therefore, Masters are sending this letter one more time to request the assistance of all
Center Leaders to forward this invitation to all Members who would like to share the
happiness of Masters’ family, to obtain accurate number of attendees from their Centers,
and to email this information to Seattle Center so appropriate arrangements can be
made and accurate number of invitation cards can be mailed.
Due to the request of the hotel and the restaurant as well as necessary
transportation arrangements, Masters greatly appreciate the promptness of all Center
Leaders in forwarding this invitation to their Members as soon as possible. Please
respond no later than March 15, 2012. Thank you!
