Re: Approval to form a DDM Meditation center at Sa Dec, Viet Nam.

Previously, we agreed to let disciples in Sa Dec form a meditation group and slowly grow from there. Until today, the disciples have been through many challenges and able to maintain the teachings; after having many classes there, they were able to establish a new center.

For the purpose of growing DDM in Soc Trang, we have wanted members at Soc Trang meditation center to promote our teaching in their community so that the local residents can benefit from it.
