MEMORANDUM
Re: Decision to establish Tra Vinh meditation center in Vietnam.
Over time, members at Tra Vinh center have been working hard and with a will to serve humanity. Based on our observation, we feel that they have met the elements to establish a meditation center.
Thus, we now decide to allow members at Tra Vinh to officially establish a Divine Dharma Meditation center. This decision allows Tra Vinh center to be a part of DDM system and starting today Tra Vinh center can contact Anaheim Headquarters’ committee through email for guidance and new classes.
Per their written request, we approve the following executive committee:
1. Center Leader : Hong Phung Quang
2. Assistant Center Leader: Du Trang Hong
3. Assistant Center Leader: Tran Hung
4. Secretary: Huynh Thu Hoa
5. Bookkeeper: Huynh Vang
We know the responsibilities within a new center are difficult; nonetheless, that lead us to a spiritual life and also to serve humanity on the journey of cultivation in order to accomplish. We wish all members at Tra Vinh center many virtuous results.
