Re: Approval to form a meditation group in Hau Giang, Vietnam

According to a letter from Can Tho meditation center, as soon as the center is done with construction, the number of students attending has exceeded the center’s capacity. For that reason, there is a need to establish another center in Hau Giang to accommodate the students coming from the region. We have been informed that the new center in Hau Giang has been established. Thus, we have agreed to let students form a meditation group in Hau Giang.
