Do we ever wonder why we need to study UHBE, why we need to cultivate ourselves, why we need to go to the meditation center?

Did we start to go to UHBE in order to cure the sickness of our bodies, and then the sickness of our mind?
Our master Nguyen Duc Thuan and Nguyen Ngoc Hai have taught that the sickness in our bodies mostly come from our mind. The sickness is also the bad karma. Bad karma only can be eliminated by the good deeds.

So how do we make the good deeds?

A few thoughts after the 3-Day Level 6 class in 2011

Dear Grand Master Dasira Narada, Master Thuan, Master Hai, and all instructors. After a week back from the Seattle HQ Meditation Center, I have called it the promise land. The reason is because every time I attended the class there, I often made numerous promises but have not been able to fulfill many.

Miracle

Not too long ago, about four years ago, I saw my sister off the airport. That’s not a usually see-off parting, I have known for sure that after that time, we would not have a lot of times together with the normal activities any more, since my sister had decided to leave home and become a nun. Since then, she would commit herself into the life of a cultivator who would search for the true meaning of her life, to look for her own original fundamental (bản lai diện mục), the absolute peace in her mind…

For me, I had to go back to my normal life with all of the craziness, of fun and hate, of problems, of karma acts, of all thinking and activities that I have got from the habit, from stereotypes, or maybe from karma of previous lives.

Dear members of UHBE discipline,

From the memorandum issued by the UHBE Headquarters on Saturday April 30-2011, we have learned that there will be a few changes in the UHBE centers in Australia. Here, I would like to provide some more information about these changes.

In March-20011, I had the opportunity to accompany Mrs. Lam Nguyet our UHBE instructor to Australia, for the opening of Levels 1, 2 & 3 meditation training courses. During this time, I had a chance to meet many members from Sydney, Melbourne and Darwin UHBE centers.

Greeting for the Lunar New Year

As we celebrate the Lunar New Year, all members of the Orange County Meditation Center sincerely wish that the Year of Tan Mao will bring health, happiness and prosperity to everyone. We wish that all cultivate diligently, determine to fulfill our goal and responsibility, and continue to maintain an unshakable faith in the Higher Beings.

LƯU NGUYỄN SURREY
IF BELIEVE IN ME

The above quote came from the Grand Master DASIRA NARADA. All UHBE disciples have heard/learned this philosophy/lesson before. However, the understanding of each disciple is not uniform; even though, the UHBE dharma has been thoroughly and scientifically explained by our masters.

The flashy modern physical science is like a terrifying tornado. Many have self-declared to be a dedicated UHBE disciple thinking they can casually stroll along the spiritual journey and not realizing they are caught in a horrific tornado; spinning and getting lost in the labyrinth maze of life full of sorrows. Some would awake and realize the sorrow they are caught in and slowly seek an escape.

Is UHBE the same as Buddhism?

Luong Thu Trung Houston UHBE Meditation Center

Coming back to California by the end of October.

Through the window of the Boeing 737 airplane from Houston to California by the end of Oct., from far away, the curves shaped by rivers and woods in Texas area made me really missed the streams and rivers in country side of South Vietnam . I had seen this kind of scenery a few times when I had chances to travel on airplane in Vietnam in the past ..
