Trước khi ra quyết định thành lập TĐ vùng Cabramatta Thầy Cô đã cho thành lập nhóm nhằm mục đích hành thiện, để vững vàng. Qua chuyến hành pháp Australia vừa rồi. Thầy Cô đã đến chứng kiến nơi chốn, định thành lập TĐ và nhận thấy số nhân sự hội đủ nhân duyên, điều kiện hình thành.

Nay Thầy Cô cho phép thành lập TĐ Cabramatta vào pháp môn VDPHT. Đồng bổ nhiệm chức Trung Tâm Trưởng cho môn sinh Phạm Lộc và hai Trung Tâm Phó cho môn sinh Phạm Văn Sáng & Nguyễn Thị Bích Dung, đảm nhận..Từ bây giờ TĐ Cabramatta phải trực tiếp xin ý kiến từ Thầy Cô trong mọi hoạt động để được chỉ dạy kịp thời và sẽ được cho lên mạng khi có quyết định mở lớp học VDPHT..
