My thoughts on the Assistant Instructor class
I was honored to be chosen by Masters to become an assistant instructor. During the few months of waiting for the assistant instructor class, I was very nervous and worried. Will I be able to comprehend the curriculum and accomplish the tasks Masters will expect of me?

Even though the Assistant Instructor class is only one day, it has a lot of meaning. Because of the increasing demand of Divine Dharma Meditation around the world, both Masters are urgently training a new group of Assistant Instructors. Therefore, it is very significant that I was luckily chosen to participate in this special class.

Life is very short, if we don’t choose a path we will just go around stuck in a loop with no way to evolve quickly.

I am very grateful for the blessings from the Founder Grand Master and the Second Grand Master. I was very fortunate to have met the Founder Masters Thuan and Hai, who have guided me on Divine Dharma and moral principles. This has helped me to understand what I need to do for the rest of my life. I can clearly see that life is overwhelmed by misfortune and suffering, but I have mistaken them as happiness.

I thank the Founder Masters for enabling me to see human suffering which we have created. Thus, we must dedicate our lives to help others to reduce our karma.

It is a day full of joy for all of us present here in this hall, who came from many places around the globe, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Seattle center together and to have an opportunity to walk down the memory lane to visit many beautiful memories from all children of Grand Master who have lived a few most precious and happy days of their lives at Seattle center, a place full of love and filled with laughters, that you cannot help but feel emotional when reminded of the experiences.

With the strong growth of DDM, promoting students who perform well is necessary. Therefore, former Center Leader Nguyen Luong Duc was promoted to Assistant Instructor. He is now committed to assist new classes wherever we assign. Hence, he is no longer a center leader.
